I could not recommend Beau Belles enough. From the first appointment not having a clue what I wanted, my alterations appointment, me having to nip in to put the dress on due to a wobbly moment if I’d make the right decision or not, to picking my dress up for my wedding day the team have been nothing short of fantastic. Thank you Beau Belles for giving me an unforgettable wedding dress shopping experience I will forever be grateful to you all!

The team at Beau Bells could not be more wonderful and helpful. I was nervous to try dresses as I am plus sized but they were incredibly accommodating and I had a great time. Communication has been excellent throughout the process and the alterations we really reasonably priced and done in house. Thank you so much Beau belles team!

I loved choosing my wedding dress from Beau Belles so much. From selecting my dress to having the final alterations, the whole experience was amazing. I can't thank the Beau Belles team enough! The team are so professional, warm, and kind; it really shone through how much they care about looking after brides on their journey to finding a perfect dress. During my first appointment, Lisa was incredible; she took my broad ideas about styles and shapes I liked and found me my dream wedding dress in no time all. Sam is a brilliant seamstress, and added those really personal touches for me like a belt for that extra sparkle! I would highly recommend Beau Belles.

I cannot thank beau belles enough, from my first appointment Kim couldn't do enough I tried on several dresses and Kim just knew what my style was I found my dress after the 3rd one and tried on several more after just to make sure. Myself and my maid of honour was made to feel very relaxed and we had so much fun with the curtain reveal, I ordered my dress and needed to have alterations, Kim agreed to put some extra lace down the side free of charge as it was very revealing, when I went for my last fitting everything was perfect and the lace matched the dress so well you would think it was part of the dress, all the staff in the shop were so friendly and welcoming that made my experience nothing short of perfect. thankyou for an amazing service xx

My daughter had some awful experiences when choosing her wedding dress. I found Beau belles on a search and gave them a call. They were so helpful. They listened to the kind of dress my daughter wanted and when we arrived for the appointment Lisa had already pulled some dresses that were ALL beautiful. She chose one and it is beautiful. She wanted some modifications carried out as it was an open back. Sam the seamstress confirmed that this could be done. My daughter picked up her dress yesterday and it is stunning! Sam’s skills are fantastic. I can’t wait to see the dress on the day. Thank you so much to all the staff at Beau Belles but Lisa and Sam made it extra special xxxxx

I hate to have to write a bad review but after the horrendous experience I had as a bride I feel I have a duty to share my experience with others. In short - The aftercare was nothing short of a nightmare and my dress had footprints all over when I collected 2 days before my wedding day!!! When I arrived I was taken to my dress ‘all ready to go’, and much to my horror there were footprints all over the bottom half. All around the bottom edge of the dress was soiled but the most upsetting part was a very visible shoe print on the front middle area. I asked what about all of the marks, I was told ‘oh don’t worry about that I can work my magic on this’ and proceeded to get a liquid stain remover and a rag and began to scrub the footprints. She said ‘this is amazing stuff we use it all the time you can just get it from supermarkets but we buy ours in bulk’. Then ‘but we don’t normally let the brides see this bit’. The lady said ‘oh yes that is a footprint’. And continued to say ‘oh it must have been done at a fitting’ and ‘that is definitely outside dirt’. To which I stated my dress was not like this at of my fittings. We stayed and re-looked at the dress but noticed more marks. We could not bare to witness what what we were and asked if we could come back when it was done, she said yes and it will be ‘absolutely perfect’ when I come back. I called and spoke to a different woman at 1.45pm to let them know that I would return at 4.30 after my other appointments to which I was asked ‘well can I ask why you can’t come back now because the dress is finished’. To which I replied because I had other appointments to attend. The woman then said ‘well you can’t come later as we have other brides in’. I said I could only come back at this time. She said ‘your appointment was 1-2pm and you was late and had to wait for you’. I said I had rang to say I was running late and had arrived within my time slot to find my dress not ready. She then said again ‘well your dress is ready can’t you just come back now’. Again I said no I will be there to collect my dress at 4.30pm. She again said ‘well I have other brides in I will have to ring them and move them around just so you can come at that time and not your appointment time’. I said ok, I did not expect to collect my dress 2 days before my wedding and have it covered in muddy foot prints’. When I arrived back the dress still had visible marks on including the front central mark. She said that she could not rub the material anymore as the friction will damage the material. She said numerous times that she did not know how the footprints had got there and they must have been done by myself or the bridal party at one of my fittings. I said the footprints were not there on any fitting, I attended the final fitting alone and there would be no chance I could have missed them. The footprints had been caused after my fitting whether this was in storage, during steaming or when it was bought downstairs and that this was something that the shop needed to look into and to not blame the bride or bridal party. For my dress to have been trampled on shows their lack of care and respect they have for peoples wedding dresses once they have your money. I am aware that this is a business and they work with many brides however I was just another number and money in their bank. For a bride this is one dress of their life that they expect to be perfect, and this was taken away from me. The way I was spoken to on the phone after my experience was beyond disgusting and no person OR customer should ever be spoken to in that manner Again only caring about the money and not having other brides in the shop when I collected my dress I case they lost business, not interested about sorting a terrible mess that was caused by them! A complete lack of care, respect and empathy. I sincerely hope that no bride ever has to go through this and that Beau Belles learn from this and show more respect and care towards brides and their dresses after they have their money and ensure that no other dress is trampled on.

My daughter had the best experience with Kim and her team. From the initial appointment to try on dresses to the final collection of the dress, the team’s professionalism, kindness, expertise were second to none.
